Bio
I work as an Utilitarian Aesthetic Artist testing the space between art
and craft.
Statement
This piece is Black and Red acrylic yarn, white wool yarn and a
variety of fabric. My inspiration is The History of
Hand Knitting by Richard Rutt. I like the questioning of craft
as self-expression printed out on a blanket. My hope is that it
will get the viewer to think about how they distinguish
art art from craft and where those conclusion come from.
